charitable giving, online donationJune will be here in a blink of an eye and on June 3rd, the St. Vincent de Paul Society will be holding their annual Dine Out to Help Out event. June 3rd also is the National Hunger Awareness Day. The majority of the people reading this have not had to experience what it is like to go hungry day after day. On June 3rd we can recognize the people that aren’t able to maintain a substantial diet by going out to eat at Chompies’ or Sweet Tomatoes. For those in Tempe there is a Chompies’ on University just east of Rural road. Sweet Tomatoes is located throughout the Valley.

By dining out at either of those places, you will be supporting the SVdP charitable giving process because the proceeds will help put together 3,500 meals a day for the homeless or lesser fortunate. There is no excuse to miss this charitable giving opportunity so mark it on your calendar. As always, online donation will also help benefit those that don’t have full bellies.
