charitable giving, charity donation Happy Cinco de Mayo and hopefully those reading this will be heading out to the Troon Country Club today to meet the Society of St. Vincent de Paul for their seventh annual golf and entertainment charitable giving event. I am sure many competing in the tournament have already teed off but there is much more to do at the Troon Country Club then golf today. This afternoon there will be a wine tasting and high tea where friends will come together, enjoy the surroundings and give back through charity donation. Later in the evening, there will be auctions that support charitable giving and live entertainment.

Traditionally this SVdP event brings in around 400 participants so expect it to be the same this year. While there is still time to make it over to Troon you may be booked up today but don’t let that stop you from giving back to the Society of St. Vincent de Paul through charitable giving. This past weekend our neighborhood held a garage sale were all the unsold items were picked up for charity. Consider something like this.
