On this day, First Watch Restaurants are serving free omelettes to its customers.
In return, First Watch is asking diners to make a donation to
St. Vincent de Paul to help ease hunger in the Valley.

Free Omelette Day, which is in its 21st consecutive year, is an annual event held to support the many Arizona residents who go without enough to eat. By dining at one of the First Watch Restaurants, you are helping St. Vincent de Paul prepare more than 3,800 meals every day for the hungry, homeless and working poor in central and northern Arizona.
